Described by some as power noise or power violence. Abrasive & sinister is the way of Tenticular Genocide, masters of the nightmare soundscapes. They have no direct influences in the realm of music or noise but draw influence from pop culture. Particularly H.P. Lovecraft, serial killers and horror movies. Tenticular Genocide's first release "Octopus Vulgaris" for Decisive Sound contains some brand new exclusive tracks as well as a couple of classics that never got distributed in mass. There is also a song recorded by the late Captain Cephalopod entitled "Harbinger of Your Demise." And of course you can't forget the killer tribute to the 16 bit Nintendo Entertainment System, "Pixelated Nightmare." Play it loud!
